The base kit includes one pound of cooked Jonah crab leg meat for six rolls, along with brioche buns, potato chips, mayonnaise, and butter. The existing two-pound option adds more crab meat while keeping the same accompaniments.

• Cooked Jonah crab leg meat: 1 or 2 lbs., according to your selected option.
• Eight Fantini split-top brioche buns: One eight-bun pack in either option.
• Six bags of Fox Family Potato Chips: 2 oz. per bag.
• One jar of Stonewall Kitchen Farmhouse Mayo: 10 oz.
• One stick of Kate's Butter: 4 oz.

Package and serving guide

• Option 1 - one-pound base kit: Makes six crab rolls at the suggested portion size. Eight buns are supplied, leaving two extra buns.
• Option 2 - two-pound extra-crab kit: Includes twice the crab meat for more filling, with the same eight buns, six chip bags, mayonnaise, and butter.

The upgrade increases the crab meat only. It does not double the buns, chips, mayonnaise, or butter, and is not a complete kit for twelve people. Portion the extra crab into the supplied buns as desired; both options include six individual chip bags.

Use the included mayonnaise for Maine-style crab rolls or butter for a buttered-roll preparation. Follow the crab meat's storage, thawing, and preparation instructions before assembling your rolls.
