Maine lobsters are paired with Gulf of Maine steamer clams, New England clam chowder, and Maine whoopie pies. Butter, butter warmers, and lobster supplies for two are included.

• Maine red potatoes: 1 lb., if in season.

• One lobster supplies kit for two: Two metal shell crackers, two lobster placemats, two lobster bibs, and two wet naps.

Serving and preparation

This package is planned as a clambake dinner for two. The lobsters arrive live and require cooking at home; this is not a ready-to-eat dinner. Prepare the seafood and accompaniments using their cooking and heating instructions. Potato inclusion is seasonal, as noted above.
