With only four barrels produced, this bourbon offers an exclusive tasting experience.

This bourbon began its journey aging for four years in a new oak barrel, followed by a six-month sojourn in an Amburana rum barrel, contributing to its distinct profile. The Amburana casks have a fascinating history; initially housing bourbon for four fills, then maturing 9 and 11-year-old Barbados rum for six months and finally imparting their rich character to Starlight bourbon for another six months.

The Amburana casks' sixth use delivers a nuanced influence on the nose and palate. Unlike the robust Amburana notes of the Prime Barrel's first fill Cigar Batch, this edition presents a more subdued, sophisticated touch. The Amburana's presence is elegantly balanced, enhancing rather than overpowering, with a subtle molasses undertone from the rum casks.

This 117 proof 4 1/2-year-old Amburana rum finish bourbon is a testimony to Starlight's innovative spirit and commitment to crafting unique flavors. The rarity of this release, with only four barrels in existence, ensures a tasting experience that ventures into new, delightful territories.

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0796/4570/4424/files/starlight-cigar-batch-the-joy-of-starlight-ep-7-bourbon-whiskey-finished-in-braz_1.jpg?v=1793390763
https://glitzdrapefit.shop/products/starlight-cigar-batch-the-joy-of-starlight-ep-7-bourbon-whiskey-finished-in-brazilian-amburana-rum-b
