Starlight Distillery Bourbon Whiskey Finished in Tokaji Barrels

Starlight Distillery presents its exquisite Single Barrel Bourbon Whiskey, meticulously finished in Tokaji barrels. Originating from the picturesque landscapes of Indiana, this whiskey is a testament to the distillery's commitment to sustainable craftsmanship passed down through seven generations. Each barrel selected for this bourbon begins with a blend of Starlight's unique 3-grain and 4-grain mash bills, fermented using a 100% sweet mash process. Distilled in copper pot stills, the whiskey is aged for a minimum of four years in the historic Huber's Rickhouses, nestled on the grounds of the Huber estate established in 1843. This single-barrel series epitomizes the art of fine whiskey-making, offering an uncut and unfiltered experience straight from the barrel, revealing each selection's authentic and unique flavors. The influence of Tokaji barrels introduces a distinct complexity, enhancing the depth and richness of the bourbon. Starlight Distillery's innovative approach to barrel finishing, including the use of Tokaji barrels, positions it as a leader in creating uniquely flavored whiskeys.
