OWC-Graduation Cap

Graduation is a right of passage into adulthood. The ceremony is rightly called a commencement ceremony because it marks the beginning of a new chapter and adventure of life now that a person is armed with the knowledge and academic achievement. Hang this ornament to commemorate this milestone.
